The Challenge

Background

This experience is part of the loan servicing process involved in getting loans for commercial real estate/multifamily mortgage origination products. KeyBank is a 2019 top five lender overall, and the 7th largest commercial real estate/multifamily mortgage originator. As one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial and multifamily real estate finance, KeyBank focuses on building long-term relationships with new ideas and innovative thinking. Our broad financing options, integrated platform and deep industry experience give our clients what they need to meet their short- and long-term goals.

The short term goal is to be able to communicate where a client is in the process. To provide a servicing portal where KeyBank employees can requests specific data and documents from clients to be uploaded in a borrower client portal for their underwriting process and to communicate next steps.

The long term goal for this experience is to unify interactions with clients, employees and vendors across Commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), Agency, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Interpublic Group (IPG) of Companies in unified experience reducing consolidating systems being used.
